"IN 1985, KEITH HARING'S -PARTY OF LIFE- WAS TAKING OVER THE PALLADIUM IN NYC. I WAS A LOT YOUNGER AND MADE ATTEMPT TO GET IN. WHILE I DIDN’T QUITE MAKE IT PAST THE DOOR, THE MOMENT AND ENERGY OF THAT NIGHT LEFT A MARK ON ME. IT BECAME A PIVOTAL MOMENT, LAUNCHING MY CREATIVE PATH AS A YOUNG ARTIST IN NEW YORK CITY, AND ULTIMATELY MY CAREER IN THE BEAUTY WORLD.
