"It was 1985. Keith Haring’s second Party of Life had taken over the Palladium in NYC — pulsing music, wild color, raw creativity in the air. I was young, hungry for inspiration, and tried to talk my way past the door. I didn’t get in.
But honestly? I didn’t need to. Just being there — on the sidewalk, in the crowd, feeling the electricity of that moment — was enough. It cracked something open in me. That night became a spark. A turning point.
It set me on a path as a young artist in New York City and eventually led me into the world of design — and fragrance. LIKE85 was born from that same spirit: bold, expressive, unapologetically creative. Each scent we create is a nod to that night — to the idea that energy, emotion, and memory are what make life unforgettable."
